The Initial Interview: Getting to Know Each Other
The initial interview is a chance for us to learn more about the candidates and for them to learn more about Malaa. Here's what we'll cover:
1. Sharing Experience:
- We'll start by discussing candidates background and current role.
- We'd love to hear about some of candidate's past projects to understand your approach to work. This helps us see how candidates skills and experience would translate to Malaa.
2. Assessing Fit:
- Throughout the conversation, we'll be able to assess your overall demeanor and communication style to see if you align well with our company culture.
3. Learning About Malaa:
- We'll provide candidates with an overview of Malaa, our mission, and our team.
4. Understanding the Role:
- We'll take candidates through the expected responsibilities for the position, giving you a clear understanding of what the day-to-day might look like.
5. Open Q&A:
- This is your chance to ask any questions you have about Malaa, the role, or the interview process.
